What is Unliterate?

A person who appears to know how to read and/or write however refuses to do so either knowingly or unknowingly.

Absolutely no relation to the word illiterateand not to be confused with someone who can't understand or use a dictionary.

-"What the hell is Bob's problem, I know he can read."
