Short for un-natural.Used when you do a trick in skiing/snowboarding/skateboarding switch or fakie, or when you ride goofy, so anything you do counter to how you usually(or naturally = natty) do it.
"I did a unnatty 270 to that rail = switch 270 to rail"
"I dig ridin unnatty down the track = I like riding fakie.."
