What is Untique?

Someone of foreign origin, living or working in your country, who has little or no grasp of the language, concepts and way of living. Thus rendering them socially inept and completely impossible to understand.
We're you at the class with the new Chinese lecturer this morning? She was so untique, I didn't catch a word she said!
