Otherwise known as an acronym: UWTB. A.K.A. Anti DWTB. Teenagers that are wanting to maintain social justice in brown society. Most are embarrassed to the fact of others being embarrassed to the fact of being brown, and in order to stop those who are trying to stop associating with brown people, they say the phrase. DWTB is a disgrace to all Katies alike.
Bob: "Hey aren't you excited for '09?!"

Timmy:"Those brown people will get a kick out of this, when we suddenly stop talking to them."
