Stands for Ugly People Kissing. An instance of witnessing two ugly people making out or otherwise engaging in a PDA in public.

I was on the subway today and I saw two mutants getting busy with some seriously wrong UPK action. Luckily I had just gotten some take-out so I was able to use the plastic spoon to gouge out my eyes. Jebus, guys, leave that shit at home!
