A hypocrite. Usually derogatory, refers to someone who has publicly reversed position on an issue. A flip-flopper. Derived from 'wannabe'.

Also, someone who is "yesterday's news", "so five minutes ago", or who's "jumped the shark". Someone who is no longer of interest and/or in the public spotlight.
