What is Usyk?

1.)Someone that has trouble tieing their shoes in the morning. Usually a female by nature. Can mean that you havn't learned to talk yet. Someone that laughs at everything since they don't know what to say.
2.) "Usyk" quick way to say , "you suck." The sucking noise.
John: I'm tired I want to go to bed.
Sarah: Ha ha ha, your so funny so when to you want to go to bed?
