What is Uwic?

UWIC : University of Wales Institute Cardiff
A welsh university amalgamated from local colleges. Despite having some superior specialist courses (Arts and Sports) it's widely considered as a joke university, and only gets waster students as its mostly central to Cardiff city and close to the nightlife. The ineptitude of the students that “attend” is only matched by the apathetic attitude and implausibly bureaucratic actions of the staff.
Welsh Guy : Alright butt, what uni are you to?
Normal Person : I go to UWIC,
Welsh Guy : Ahhhh butt you're a nonce, that uni is for idiot holes.
Normal Person : I know but I can smoke weed all day for 3 years and still get a degree.
