What is Vaginocracy?

A workplace, or any large group, consisting entirely of
"Poor Bob. I mean, his new job pays well but he works in an utter vaginocracy."
2.
A society or government ruled entirely by women...particularly bitchy man-hating women.
My girlfriend's family consists of her, her mom, and two sisters - it's a totaly vaginocracy.
