The ungraceful ending of a conversation (esp. over the phone) where multiple variations of 'goodbye' are stammered, often simultaneously.

ME: Alright, we'll see you.

ME: Later

ME: Bye
BOTH: See ya
ME: Okay (click)
YOU: Bye (click)
