What is Valheru?

A weird and gangly looking creature designed to bring nightmares to small children. Although very ugly, still able to charm members of the opposite sex (depending on species)
Can be used to describe a situation or person. A word that should rarely be used and if used, used with caution.
"That old house down the road is a bit valheru isnt it"
