What is Valla?

A synonym for total fail or for continous fail. Can be applied to a person or a situation. Works especally in video games, but is usable anywhere.
1) Wow, he killed himself with his own grenade that bounced off the wall in front of him. What a valla.
2) Matthew just valla-ed. He tripped over his own backpack that he moved so he wouldn't trip.
