A "Valley Boy" is someone who lives on the beaches of California and surfs every single day, saying things like tubular, far out, wicked, awesome, and totally. Most likely always having a surfboard strapped to the top of his car with Sex Wax in his glove box and under his nails. Most easily spotted in a crowd when you see his shaggy dirty blonde hair and this lack of up keep and shoes.
A Valley Boy Says - “Dude look at that totally tubular wave that those beach babes are going to get trashed by!”
