What is Van Tour?

A tour or excursion of upmost gnar-batch, within a vehicle of the van kind. Usually resulting in the inebriation of all occupants of said van, via excessive drinking of Van Tour Red (official van tour drink).
Generic person 1: hey do you wanna go on a van tour?
