A person whose food choices are dictated by a keenly developed desire to become or remain thin.Vanitarianism often precedes or accompanies a full blown eating disorder.
They say they have given up meat because its cruel and cut out wheat and dairy because they are intolerant. That's bollocks they are simply a vanitarian.
