NOUN. A supernatural being spotted in the southeastern grounds of the United States. Its said, by those who claim an encounter, that it possesses human qualities reminiscent to those of a female. Sightings are numerous near bodies of waters, specially rivers and lakes (fresh water). One must exercise caution if ever in the vicinity of this being, its said to seem harmless, its victims would say otherwise.
