A deformation of a vegetable which causes a tiny bump to jut out of it. When one looks over a squash, cucumber, carrot, or other vegetable they find a random nubbin jutting out of it like genetalia.

that squash has a nasty little bit of vegetalia sticking out of it that reminded me of that creepy little man that was sticking out of the dudes stomach in Total Recall.
