The usage of a car horn or an obnoxious yell out a car window to compliment females walking or running on the street. Males think it's hilarious, females just think it's a nuisance.
Amy: So I was totally a victim of vehicular harassment today! I was running and at least two cars honked at me. One guy yelled "Shake that ass, mami!"
