What is Verbal Cc?

A verbal cc refers to either:

1) adding someone within the body of an email message without actually cc'ing that person's address, usually as a way of calling special attention

2) actually saying "and X person," along with everyone else, to gain similar emphasis

"Ok, let's get psyched up for Talk like a Pirate Day on September 19th!
