An overtly extreme case of sweating that results in or produces a vertical line of sweat over the crack of one's ass, typically caused by vigorous exertion. Could also be known as "water on the rear"
At the gym I saw a girl come out of the cardio kick boxing class and she had a severe case of vertical swamp ass. Gross.
