1: adjective describing fowl that fly south for the winter but only those which ingest large amounts of coffee and or speed before making the trip so as not to fall asleep from boredom.
2: Someone who does meth and then drives around for hours not knowing where they are or how they got there.
1:After Fred fed coffee beans and amphetamine to his pet duck it started tweeking and ended up becoming a vibratory waterfowl and ended up in Guatemala.
2: Shaggy and Scooby got all vibratory and ended up taking the mystery machine to some scary places.
