1) Actor who was killed by the rotor of a helicopter during the filming of "Twilight Zone" (I think). 2) Term used in reference to walking into a ceiling fan that's too low.
1) Vic Morrow was a great actor (before he was killed, of course). 2) That fan looks pretty low; I don't want to do a Vic Morrow!
