When a person of an IQ less than 100 is enthralled by common video images and footage. Mainly for autistic kids who will watch the same footage over and over for 8 hours straight. Sometimes they are excited over and over again.
Woah, my kid watched a dog piss on a fire hydrant on TV and pressed the replay button on the DVR 22 times. What a vidbo!
