It stresses a heavy reliance on technology and enemy intelligence.

AGAINST: The smallest slip up in planning or intelligence, and a costly mistake will be made, both in monetary terms and later, in lives.
Videogame warfare has been the mode of operation for some units since the 50's, and it will become more common in the future.
