What is Viligar?

The word "viligar" explicitly refers to a deviant sexual position. The position involves 2 people. The first one is a male, and the second is a male or female prostitute. The leading male positions himself on the toilet while the prostitute kneels down in front of him. The prostitute must then proceed to perform oral sex on him, whilst massaging the testicles and gooch. When the male is nearing his orgasm, he begins excrementing while the prostitute must continue until sexual completion.
Viligar is derived from the Latin word "vilitas", which literally means "worthlessness". It was given this name because the position is a way to torment the prostitute involved. Males commonly use it as a way to demean or simply torture prostitutes for mental or sexual satisfaction.
