What is Vinceroom?

a girl who resembles a boy...hence being named vince for instance (e.g. vince, house of wax)
she also has a fleck on her forehead, above her right, large, hairy, wolf - like eyebrow.
she is also puke, and named 'room' due to her waxy, mushroom like head and hair which is scraped back into a low ponytail.
ewww, vinceroom you make me want to puke.
