Virtus

What is Virtus?

1.

was a specific virtue in Ancient Rome. It does not mean virtue in general, but something more like valor, manliness, excellence, courage, character, and worth (perceived masculinestrengths, which may indicate its derivation from vir, man).

Although the Deviant Gentlemanfelt he didn't behold virtus, he was very wrong. He was and is indeed a fine gentleman of many great virtues, including all that virtus beholds.
