Someone with absolutely no life, who resorts to watching the lives of other people to an increasingly obsessive level in order to amuse themselves. Usually elderly neighbours checking out the new cute kid on the block.
Johnno: Hey Robbo, coming to the game later?
Robbo: Nah dude, some new family moved in across the road. They got a 6 year old daughter, so my dad wants to spend some quality time with me.
Johnno: Dude, don't be such a visual stalker.
