What is Vitamin L?

In medical terms, especially in the emergency room, slang for lithium.

Similar to Vitamin H (Haloperidol, an antipsychotic) and Vitamin V (Valium).

"That guy who they just brought in is really manic. He's waving his dickall over the place. He needs some vitamin L pretty bad."
