- over zealous admins, sysop, moderators of any list-serve, group. wiki, who behave like Vlad the Impaler, ripping newbies apart, sometime tearing oldies apart, also.
- any administrator who is a pedantic rule inflictor.
Some newbies have asked some simple questions, and immediately, "Vladmin" pounced, called them trolls, and banned them all!
