The act of getting bent over and screwed at the last minute by your boss without the G-d damn common courtesy of a reacharound.

It's 6:30pm. You're just about to leave the office when your boss calls and asks you to meet him at the airport so you can do something he was supposed to do three days ago. In disbelief you turn to your coworker who, with out hesitation says, "Dude, you've just been Volheimed."
