Not to be used for bullying and/or attacking a boss or colleague.
Origins can be found in the book 'Suck my Naked Mole-Rat' by Laura George.
The author of the book is generally credited with the word's creation

Luke: I Saw this bird shat in the street last night, i think it must have been eating grapes or something ?!?!?
