The insanely fast guitar section in the middle of the song Hourglass by American heavy metal band Lamb of God, from the album Ashes of the Wake. Written and performed by Willy Adler, this riff requires highly technical right-hand picking, as well as speedy and unconventional left-hand technique.

Dude, I printed out tabs for the vomit riff but I don't think I'll ever be able to play it.
