What is Vongermeten?

A guy who is a total
One who makes inappropriate comments at the wrong time.
Accuses the wrong people of the wrong crimes.
Vandalizes his own property when the city council doesn't let him keep all 90 of his doberman pinschers.
"Dude, that VonGermeten totally made a fool of himself in front of everybody!"
"What did he do this time?"
"He spray painted 'F*ck you all' on his own house, as if that would show us who's boss!"
"Wow, that's pretty cool! I want to go see!"
"Hey, that VonGermeten just accused me of throwing pommegranates at his house."
"Well, did you?"
"No! Not only are pommegranates not in season, but I wouldn't spend $3.00 per pommegranate to throw at his house! Think of how many tomatoes I could buy for $3.00!"
"Good point! That VonGermetten is really crazy!"
"You'd have to be, if you drove a blue mini-van with a hand-painted white roof and a canoe on top."
"Does he ever actually use the canone?"
"I don't think so, but I've heard that he goes to the dam after dark to fish without a license."
