1)Plural; Any one or more of a group of teenaged wannabe hackers that follow the philosophy of Voogru, a 5th Grade drop-out/anti-social wannabe programmer of mods for Half-Life games which feature a hidden backdoor code that allows Voogru to corrupt game servers without the knowledge of the owners.
2) Any follower/supporter of the hacker called Voogru.
