He is the mythology god that provides vodka at SunRise for the Burning Man Festival in Nevada every year. Vodka at sunrise will change your out look for the rest of the day. Random acts of kindness are exchanged of access to the wisdom.

I will met VorDaKa at SunRise on the playa to share vodka and kindness with strangers.
