the record noise that is usually used in television shows when something bad or funny happens. Also, it can be used when something shocking or inappropriate is done or said.
a guy wakes up for school late, he rushes and runs really fast . Then he gets there and he finds out it is vacation. It is a "vrr" *record scratch*
