An expression of pure anger, hatred, and disgust, when you are so furious with someone that you open your mouth and fists of projectile vomit fly out and pummel him/her.

When I see "President" Bush's latest attempt to pass the buck, I feel so disgusted I just want to vunch his face.

quite simply, a vagina punch.
