The definition is pretty much correct, but the word is spelled 'zaftig'. It means:

1. Full-bosomed.

2. Having a full, shapely figure.

Origin: Yiddish zaftik, juicy, from Middle High German saftec, from saft, juice, from Old High German saf.

Kirstie Alley is a beautiful actress perhaps best known known for her role on the sitcom Cheers and for her zaftig figure.
