What is Zielisko?

The act of random blonde moments and constant forgetfulness. i.e. That guy totally just pulled a Zielisko.
Someone walk up to you and starts to say something but nothing comes out, then there is a long pause and they either say they forgot what they were gonna say or just completely walk away. You then think to yourself that that guy just pulled a Zielisko.
