What is Zo Zo Pang?

A term relating to feeling sorry for someone's current situation, but not feeling sorry because of a wrong done.
i.e. John is failing chemistry. Greg says "Zo zo pang." as opposed to "I'm sorry." Greg did not cause John failing Chemistry, so he should not be sorry.
"My boyfriend is immature and ignorant and I want to knee him in the face."
"Oh, zo zo pang."
