When a massive swarm of the undead knocks you down, surrounds you completely, and abuses you endlessly with aggressive and vehement exertions until you are limp and thoroughly dead yourself. Since you're on the ground, your head is roughly at level with the zombies' decaying bollocks.
Don't let this happen to you.
Brad was an unfortunate victim of zombie bukkake when he accidentally attracted the zombies' attention. His heartwrenching cries could be heard from the overwhelming mass of the dead.
