What is Zoom-and-crop?

A person who is not the main focus of the picture, but rather in the background and looks funny--this person is unaware of their presence in the picture and usually has their mouth open, making a funny face, etc. Therefore, the only thing to do is zoom in on this person to make them really big, then crop it so the picture is just of them.
C: Kaitlyn's legs are open in the back of this picture and she's wearing a skirt--you can see everything.
R: We need to zoom-and-crop that shit.
or
R: Kaitlyn is SUCH a good zoom-and-crop
