This is used by those who make fun of the n00bs that say “ORLY?” all the time. It is like “OMG” got pwnd by “ZOMG”.

Synonymous with the unintelligent dodo(extinct bird), being the total opposite of the famous and wise ORLY?-owl to mock him ^^.
