your mother. used as an insult when there is nothing else to be said. Similar to "yo mutha" but rolls of the tong easier.

"Yea ya mudda doesnt think so"

"Your mother", used as a general insult referencing the insultee's mother, reflected in a bad light.
"You're a c***"....
"Ya mudda!"
