It is literal arabic for "my brother". It is meant to be spelled and pronounced "Yaa Akhy", but its widely used and understood as "yakhi". Its mainly used by arab youth, or youth who've been brought up in parts of the middle east. Synonymous to an american/canadian youth's use of
