The term used by southerners to describe the debaucheryof speech of those from in or around New York. Referred to as "The King's English" by some liberal idiots either up there or from there.

"Jahn, get me sum watah, I can't get up, tha Yanks ah playn' tha Cahd'nals! It's tha bahttum uv tha seventh with twu ahuts and a runneh ahn thoid!"
