Pronounced YOW-mins. Abbreviation/acronym, stands for "You're All On My Nutt Sac." Derived from mid-1990's rap tune of the same name by Ice Cube associates Da Lench Mob. Used when individuals/entities are riding your jock/busting your balls for no apparent reason.
