A phrase used when you can't find any reasonable explanation (or don't want to provide one) for any crazy, akward, funny, disrespectful, etc. situation.
When a friend sees a picture of you and a karaoke express DJ fresh out of the 80's.....proper procedure would be for you to say .. "yeah... about that"
