A yeast infarction refers to a condition in males whereby a male baker contracts a yeast infection on his balls from rubbing during working hours and scratching the infected area so vigorously that he suffers a heart attack. Often fatal.
Doug kept scratching his balls at work even though he was forbidden, and he wound up getting a yeast infarction.
